I had been without a dryer for about a month, which is never fun when you have 3 children! The process to set up the vendor was so easy and was completely taken care of by your company. The next day, the repair man came to my house at exactly the time he said he would be there, took maybe 2 seconds to troubleshoot. I emailed them about a roof repair I needed done after our most recent wind storm. I got a call from a contractor very quickly. He scheduled a time that was convenient for me, arrived right when he was supposed to, got his work done fast and presented my bill which was very reasonable! He was so friendly and helpful, that I called him a week later to ask his opinion on another project I didn't think we could handle ourselves.
