Screening and Selection Process

PERSONAL INTERVIEW/APPLICATION

All contractors and service providers complete an application and are personally interviewed to be part of the network.

INSURANCE VERIFICATION

We contact the insurance company directly to confirm liability insurance and to be listed as a certificate holder for on-going notification of any
changes to the policy.

QUALITY OF WORK

We check quality references with two to three prior clients before admitting the contractor or service provider to our network.

TRADE LICENSE VERIFICATION

We make sure that the business carries the appropriate required state license.

BBB CHECK

We check prior performance history with the Better Business Bureau.

SEX OFFENDER SEARCH

We check that the business owner is not listed on the official state sex offender website.

QUALITY CONTROL

Feedback is requested from the homeowner after each request for service providing an on-going performance rating of the contractor. Failure to
meet quality and performance standards results in immediate dismissal. Deteriorating professionalism is managed with a three strikes-you are
out process.

We utilize a third party search service to check the following four items:

BANKRUPTCY SEARCH

Check history of the business owner regarding bankruptcy filings.

CRIMINAL RECORDS

Conduct criminal searches for any relevant activity of the business owner.

CIVIL JUDGEMENTS

Check for state level civil legal judgments against the business owner.

LIEN SEARCH

Check for liens placed against the business owner.
