2. PERSONAL INTERVIEW/APPLICATION: All contractors and service providers complete an application and are personally interviewed to be part of the network.
3. INSURANCE VERIFICATION: We contact the insurance company directly to confirm liability insurance and to be listed as a certificate holder for on-going notification of any changes to the policy.
4. QUALITY OF WORK: We check quality references with two to three prior clients before admitting the contractor or service provider to our network.
5. TRADE LICENSE VERIFICATION: We make sure that the business carries the appropriate required state license.
6. BBB CHECK: We check prior performance history with the Better Business Bureau.
7. SEX OFFENDER SEARCH: We check that the business owner is not listed on the official state sex offender website.
8. QUALITY CONTROL: Feedback is requested from the homeowner after each request for service providing an on-going performance rating of the contractor.
