without power, phone and internet including our offices, we were able to take our clients calls via
forwarding our office phones to our cell phones and contact our contractors via their private cell numbers.
Over 200 of our client members contacted us for roofing and tree removal needs. All clients were
contacted and dried-in within 3-5 days by reputable contractors, not someone that moved in to town just
to take advantage of the situation.
